WMF2016 will provide the opportunity to communicate, throughout Japan and to the world, the musical and cultural endeavors that Hamamatsu has promoted to date. The WMF2016 Special Band will include performers from Philharmonic Winds Hamamatsu, Hamamatsu Koto Music Research Society, Hamamatsu Youth Wind Orchestra, and several other musical ensembles from Hamamatsu.
